Terms of Service
Last updated 2 June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Grypio's website and learning platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who can use Grypio
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Grypio you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Do not share your account with others. Notify us at hello@grypio.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Grypio offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and your paid access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Prices may change; we will give notice before a change applies to you.
4. Refunds
Because access to digital content is provided immediately, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us at hello@grypio.com and we will review your request.
5. Acceptable use
When using Grypio, you agree not to:
- share, resell, or redistribute our content or your account access;
- copy, scrape, or systematically extract content from the Service;
- attempt to bypass tier limits, security measures, or access controls;
- use The Grip or any part of the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service or other users.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. The Grip and AI-generated content
The Grip uses third-party AI models to generate responses. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied on as professional advice. You are responsible for how you use any output. Do not submit sensitive personal information into The Grip.
7. Intellectual property
The Service and its content, including lessons, text, graphics, and software, are owned by Grypio or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the content for your own learning while your account is in good standing. You may not use our brand or content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
8. Your content
You retain ownership of any content you submit, such as prompts in The Grip. By submitting content, you grant us a licence to process it as needed to operate and improve the Service.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific goals.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grypio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Grypio is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
